TAXES AND DUTIES

For Indian Clients: Product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties.

For International Clients: For most countries, we ship garments on a DDU(Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that the product prices, displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, the buyer is liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country the buyer resides in. To release the order from customs on arrival, the buyer must pay these charges off at the time of delivery.

DELIVERY POLICY

LIBAS CAFE uses third party logistics and dispatches for all its courier services. We are not responsible for the timely delivery of the products in case of any delay from the logistics team. please expect delays due to covid restrictions.

For all delivery within India of orders above RS.15000, we bear the costs of shipping services. However, international shipping charges are requested to be paid by the client.

PACKAGING OF PRODUCT

About packaging of product, we are using third party vendors to ship your order, we have to follow their packaging rules. they usually pack the article suppressing it in a way to be confined in a box so as to save on shipping and provide you nominal shipping prices by keeping weight of the package low. Once the outfit is delivered and you open up the package, it may be crushed or wrinkled but we make it in a way that it does not damage the product at all. You just have to open it and get it steam ironed and its good to go!

If you do not want your outfit to be packed in a small box then we do offer a big box packaging but it increases the weight of the shipment box so it is charged at almost thrice the price, incase you are fine with it please let us know , we can do that for you.

DELIVERY

LIBAS CAFE endeavours but does not guarantee delivery of products in the stipulated time period as mentioned on the purchase of the product. In no manner can the contract be repudiated if Libas Cafe fails to deliver any one or more products in the stipulated time frame. The Company is not liable for any delays due to natural calamities, national holidays, courier services etc.

Courier costs are not included in the outfit price. The company shall only facilitate the delivery through the courier partner and is not liable for any damages in transit. Couriers are solely at customers risk
